Welcome to Intentional Movements: A Breathwork Experience!
Come as you are and join me for Intentional Movements, a breathwork journey created to nurture your connection with your body, mind, and spirit. This session is a gentle invitation to breathe deeply and move intentionally, allowing space for release, clarity, and peace.
Together, we will explore how to:
• Use the power of your breath to let go of stress and anxiety
• Ground yourself in the present moment and feel more balanced
• Open the door to inner calm and self-discovery
To prepare for this experience:
• Avoid eating for at least two hours before the session to help your body feel at ease
• Bring a yoga mat or something comfortable to lay on the floor
• An eye mask or blindfold is recommended to create an opportunity to truly go within
You do not need any prior experience, only a willingness to show up for yourself. Each moment will be guided with care, creating a safe space for you to feel lighter and more aligned by the end of the session.
