Membership Information and Terms
Our membership program is designed to provide you with exclusive benefits and a comprehensive wellness experience. Please review the following information and terms.

All membership benefits are for active members in good standing during the term of their membership.
Membership Services - All memberships include your choice of a one-hour OptiHealth Membership Program each month.
Additional Membership Massage and Acupuncture Services - Members may purchase unlimited additional services for their personal use at discounted rates.
Rollover Privileges - Members may roll over any unused services to the following month. Upon termination of your month-to-month membership, accumulated member service packages expire and are non-refundable 90 days after you cancel your membership. Accumulated member services expire 90 days after the last day of a Prepaid Term Membership.
Retail Discounts - A 10% discount is given to all members on retail product purchases.
Gift Card Purchases and Friends and Family Privileges- Members may purchase an unlimited number of gift cards and bring in an unlimited number of friends or family at member rates. The only restriction is a limit of 2-member priced services in any combination of gift cards or guest visits for each individual guest in a 6-month period.
Any IoIHS Location Acceptance- Membership privileges and prepaid services are accepted at all IoIHS Healing Center locations in the United States.
Rewards Program - Members participate in our Rewards Program and can earn services and discounts. See the Rewards Program section for further details.
Membership Freeze Option - A membership may be frozen for a minimum of one month and a maximum of three months.
Memberships can only be frozen two times in a 12-month period for a maximum of 3 months at a time. A membership must be unfrozen for a minimum of 30 days before it can be frozen again. A "freeze fee" may apply.
Members can redeem accumulated services during a freeze but cannot utilize any additional membership benefits (i.e., bringing guests, gift card purchases, retail discounts).
A minimum of one EFT payment must have been made before a membership is eligible to be frozen.
Memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable.
IoIHS Healing Center must be notified about any changes in address, contact information and/or credit card information.
Guests must follow Healing Center rules and regulations. IoIHS Healing Center reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services for any reason.
IoIHS Healing Center reserves the right to modify/change Healing Center rules, regulations, services and pricing with reasonable notice.
Twenty-four-hour advance notice is required on any appointment cancellation. Failure to do so will result in a fee equivalent to 100% of the cost of the scheduled service.
IoIHS Healing Center is not responsible for lost or stolen property.
Age requirements for receiving Healing Center services vary due to local law and IoIHS Healing Center strictly complies with such laws. In the event there is not a specific regulation in your area, our policy is as follows:
No person will be denied admission based upon race, religion, or appearance. CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 12 SHALL BE STRICTLY PROHIBITED FROM ENTERING THE HEALING CENTER. Unless they are getting treatments and are accompanied by their parents or guardians. No children under the age of 18 will be able to receive any service without the express written consent of their parent or guardian. For children 18 and under (or where required by state law), a parent or guardian MUST remain in the treatment room and for all minor children the parent must remain on premises during services.
Must be over the age of 13 to receive facial services.

Introduction and Information: Begin by providing the patient with comprehensive information about the OptiHealth Membership Program, including its benefits and terms.
Consent Form for New Patients: If the patient is a new member, ensure that they complete the OptiHealth Membership Program Consent form. This form should outline the terms, benefits, and responsibilities associated with the program.
Monthly Billing: Inform the patient that the program is billed monthly on the first day of each month. Discuss the payment method and ensure they have a credit card on file for seamless billing.
Minimum Commitment: Communicate that the program has a minimum commitment period of 3 months. Explain the significance of this commitment and how it contributes to the patient's overall well-being.
Cancellation Policy: Discuss the program's cancellation policy with the patient. Clarify that they can cancel after the initial 3-month period. Explain any fees or conditions associated with cancellations, and make sure they understand the terms.
There are no fees for cancellations, just a 3-month waiting period.
However, if the credit card was declined a $35 fee is due for each transaction which was declined.
Confirmation: Once the patient is well-informed and agrees to the program's terms, confirm their membership and process the sign-up. Ensure that their credit card information is securely stored for billing.
Appointment Booking: From this point on, all appointments for the patient should be booked under the OptiHealth Membership Program service.
Ongoing Communication: Maintain open lines of communication with the patient to address any questions, concerns, or scheduling preferences they may have during their membership.
Billing Notifications: Notify the patient before any billing transactions and ensure that their payments are processed smoothly.
Enjoy the Benefits: Encourage the patient to enjoy the numerous benefits of the OptiHealth Membership Program and make the most of their holistic wellness journey.
By following these steps, you can successfully sign up patients for the program, ensuring they are well-informed and comfortable with the terms and conditions. This approach fosters a positive and cooperative patient-provider relationship.
