Tardiness
Appointment times are as scheduled and can only be extended up to the stated time to accommodate late arrivals. Please be on time for your appointment.
Sickness
Our services are not appropriate for infectious or contagious illnesses. Please cancel your appointment as soon as you know of an infectious or contagious condition. The cancellation fee may be waived within the 24-hour notice period. MUST CALL BEFORE 24 HOURS. No exceptions!
Arrival to Your Session
Please arrive for your appointment 15 minutes prior to the scheduled starting time. All services offered have a specific time schedule, and early arrival allows for a relaxed and unhurried experience. Every client is important to us, and since our sessions are for the full allotted time billed, we want to keep everyone on schedule, which helps keep everyone's lives a little more stress-free. Please be freshly showered and scent-free when you arrive for your session.
Late Arrival
To be fair and courteous to our other patients and staff, appointments will be automatically canceled 15 minutes after the scheduled start time and charged according to the cancellation policy. We regret that late arrivals will not receive an extension of scheduled appointments.
Cancellation/Insurance
We do not bill insurance companies for missed appointments or late cancellations. You are responsible for paying the missed appointment/late cancellation fees.
Cancellation Policy
Amid the ongoing uncertainty, we have modified our cancellation policy to offer greater flexibility to all our patients. We hope this will alleviate any stress or hesitation about an upcoming appointment. If you need to reschedule for whatever reason, especially if you are not feeling well, we understand and request that you contact us as soon as possible to reschedule.
Thank you for choosing us as your support team. We're excited about our upcoming session and want to ensure it's as smooth and enjoyable as possible. If your appointment is virtual, please ensure you are in a quiet and comfortable space for our virtual meeting.
If you have any questions or specific topics you want to discuss during your session, please feel free to prepare them in advance. We are here to provide you with the best support and guidance.
If you need to reschedule or have questions before your appointment, do not hesitate to contact us 24 hours before your scheduled time to reschedule or cancel. This way, we can assist you promptly, and you will not incur any late cancellation or no-show fees of your service's total price/fee. Please note, however, that there are no exceptions to our cancellation policy.
Again, we recommend arriving at least 15 to 20 minutes before your scheduled appointment. This ensures you have enough time to complete the assessment form, fully enjoy your session, savor our complimentary signature Hibiscus Tea, and reset.
We understand that sometimes unexpected situations arise. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know at least 24 hours before your appointment, and there will be no charge. Note that you can reschedule and cancel your appointment on your patient portal. However, if you do not cancel or attend your appointment, you'll be charged the total price for the scheduled service. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.
Additionally, we have a same-day appointment policy. Suppose there are repeated appointments, late cancellations, or no-shows, three or more within six months. In that case, you will only be able to make same-day appointments in the future, and our cancellation, same-day, and no-show policies will continue to apply to those appointments.

Refund Policy: We do not provide refunds for services that have been rendered. Once services have been delivered or completed, they are considered final, and no refunds will be issued.
