Refund Policy: We do not provide refunds for services that have been rendered. Once services have been delivered or completed, they are considered final, and no refunds will be issued. We have implemented a strict no-show and late cancellation policy to maintain the utmost efficiency and fairness for all our patients. We want to take a moment to clarify the reasons behind this policy:

Maximizing Efficiency: Your reserved appointment time is valuable to us and reserved exclusively for you. A no-show or late cancellation can disrupt our carefully planned schedule, impacting the service availability for others.

While we understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, we kindly request your cooperation in adhering to our policy. If you anticipate any difficulty keeping your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible. This helps you avoid any associated fees and allows us to accommodate another patient in need during your reserved time slot.

If you need to reschedule or have questions before your appointment, please contact us 24 hours before your scheduled time to reschedule or cancel. This way, we can assist you promptly, and you will not incur any late cancellation or no-show fees. Please note, however, that there are no exceptions to our cancellation policy.

We understand that sometimes unexpected situations arise. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know at least 24 hours before your appointment, and there will be no charge. Note you can reschedule and cancel your appointment in your patient portal. However, if you do not cancel or attend your appointment, you'll be charged the total price for the scheduled service. Additionally, if your appointment indicates a cost of $0, we will automatically charge you a fee of $75 or more, depending on the service booked. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.

Additionally, we have a same-day appointment policy. Suppose there are repeated instances of appointment cancellations or no-shows, three or more within a six-month period. In that case, you will only be able to make same-day appointments in the future, and our cancellation, same-day, and no-show policies will continue to apply to those appointments.
