We are excited to invite vendors to participate in the IoIHS Immersive Wellness Expo. Showcase your products or services to a diverse audience passionate about holistic health and wellness. Below are the requirements and fees to join us:
Vendor Requirements:
Health-Focused Offerings: Vendors must align with the expo’s mission of promoting holistic health and wellness.
Application Form: Submit a completed vendor application for approval.
Documentation:
Proof of business registration and liability insurance
Required permits specific to your offerings (e.g., health permits for food trucks)
Food trucks must provide copies of current city-issued licenses and paperwork.
Setup and Cleanup: All vendors are responsible for setting up their booths on time and leaving the area clean after the event.
Booth Staff: A minimum of one representative must be present at the booth at all times.
Fees:
Food Truck: $150
Standard Booth: $75 (table, and two chairs)
Non-Profit Booth: $50 (proof of 501(c)(3) status required)
Included in Booth Fees:
Event listing in promotional materials
Access to Wi-Fi and electricity (upon request)
