In addition, Dr. Micah teaches Acupressure at the American College of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine. At Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, she was one of the guest speakers and lecturer at the inaugural African-Asian Medicine Workshop (AAMW). This hands-on workshop will compare the healing practices of trans-local, transnational, and traditional medicine systems, offering a unique opportunity for students and faculty to exchange knowledge, skills, and experiences in this emerging field.
